Asana (yoga pose) classes are often infused with meditation, intention, breath-work, deep relaxation, and aromatherapy. I have an eye for alignment, empower students to listen to their bodies, and provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure every student can safely participate.
I offer the deeper practices of yoga, Ayurveda and nutrition when working privately with clients. I love assisting others to create self care rituals and healthy habits.
You'll also find me working with people rehabbing from injury, and teaching chair yoga and yoga nidra to seniors. I've volunteered with adults with developmental disabilities, and with teens at Juvenile Hall - I consider this to be some of the most important work I've done.
